15 March 16:30-19:00Björnbacka

Self Care Afternoon

Join us for a nurturing Self-Care Therapeutic afternoon designed to deepen your connection to your body, mind, and heart. This workshop will feature embodied practices, breathwork, self-inquiry, sharing, and moving meditation. We offer a safe space to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate.

It is also a taste of our Therapeutic Self-Development Yoga Teacher Training — the depth, the care, and the transformative approach we share there.

We will end the afternoon with fika and a Q&A.

You are warmly welcome to join whether you’re curious about the training, curious about Björnbacka as a place, or simply because the idea of a cozy, nourishing afternoon calls your name.

The afternoon will be held by Lisa Petersén, Jan Lundström and Lina Larsson — with many years of experience in  embodiment, therapeutic yoga and holding transformative spaces.

WELCOME!
